On-Demand nutritionist support, with priority appointment bookings for our patients.
Access to specialty labs: full nutrient testing, food sensitivity testing, and gut health testing.

Engaging, supportive nutrition coaching for your pregnancy journey.
We are board certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionists. Erin Skinner, the founder of The Pregnancy Nutritionist also has a certification in integrative and functional nutrition therapy. We are passionate about women’s and family health. Health and wellness begin with prenatal (even preconception) nutrition.
And we can’t wait to be part of your journey.
There is so much information to sift through on the web, at the bookstore, in magazines. Add what we like to call the “opinio-meter” — infinite opinions from family members, friends, and that “well meaning stranger” on the street who are all experts — everything can get muddled and confusing.
How can you best prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy? (Including partners!)
We will empower you with the tools you need to:
Choose the plan or package that best suits your fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal needs. (Or call us, and we'll help you choose what's right for you.)
Receive virtual or in-person pregnancy counseling, nutrition therapy, and individualized diet plans.
Feel empowered to make the best nutrition choices to support healthy fertility, pregnancy and postnatal wellness. Optimize you and your developing baby's health.
During fertility and pregnancy, a woman’s nutritional needs are so unique. We find that a minimum of three sessions are typically needed for optimal results (depending on the stage of pregnancy). That said, because of the body’s changing needs from the first trimester to postpartum, we offer an array of discounted services, which includes access to meal plans, follow-up appointments and more. We will customize the session spacing for your needs, but the typical spacing during pregnancy is 2 – 3 weeks between sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months.

28 July, 2023 No commentDon’t be fooled by the name. “Nutritionist” is not a professional title. Only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training, holding a degree from an accredited university. Our RDNs stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to provide our patients with expert nutrition counseling for their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum health.
