Navigate weaning and introduce solids with confidence. Support healthy growth and development with balanced nutrition. Identify and modify unhealthy dietary patterns. Get nutrition therapy for disordered eating and eating disorders. Manage food allergies. Manage picky eating and ARFID. Address digestive issues, diabetes, Crohn’s disease, and other chronic conditions.
Navigating the complexities of child nutrition can be overwhelming, especially with the abundance of information from Google searches, nutrition books, and very involved relatives.
Everyone seems to be a self-proclaimed nutrition expert, eager to share their well-intentioned (though perhaps unsolicited) advice. Does any of this sound familiar?
By working with a pediatric registered dietitian, you can access evidence-based information to make informed dietary choices for your child. Our team can assist in developing meal plans that ensure your child receives essential nutrients for optimal cognitive and physical development.
Additionally, we provide nutrition counseling for picky eating, food allergies, digestive issues, and chronic conditions such as diabetes, Crohn’s disease, and celiac disease. Mealtime should be joyful, not a battleground of wills.
Parenting and feeding can be overwhelming. An expert pediatric dietitian from our team can equip you with strategies and tools to help your child develop a healthy relationship with food from the start.
We look forward to working with you.

Don’t be fooled by the name. “Nutritionist” is not a professional title.
