Choose the best foods to meet your developing baby’s needs. Manage cravings. Reduce uncomfortable pregnancy symptoms like acne, morning sickness, bloating. Reduce the risk of gestational diabetes. Maintain a healthy pregnancy weight. Prepare for breastfeeding.
You’ve already, undoubtedly, been ambushed by the pregnancy experts. As soon as you make your big announcement, opinions abound. Everybody knows best, and it can be exhausting, overwhelming, and scary to sift through the reams of information regarding pregnancy and nutrition.
Moreover, just as there are women who sail through pregnancy without a hiccup, many others feel miserable — morning sickness, tanked energy levels, bloating, constipation, hemorrhoids, back pain and more.
Pregnancy is hard and scary and exhausting and wonderful and kind of miraculous, all at the same time.
Working with a prenatal registered dietitian can help you take the guesswork out of which foods are the best ones to optimize you and your baby’s nutrition. We will help organize meal plans to ensure you receive the nutrients you need, trimester-by-trimester, to support your baby’s cognitive and physical development. Working with a certified nutritionist during pregnancy will also help you reduce uncomfortable symptoms, maintain a healthy weight, prepare for breastfeeding (or bottle feeding), and enjoy nutrient-rich meals without making it difficult and overwhelming. You’ve got enough on your mind!
We work together so you can enjoy a healthier, less stressful pregnancy and prepare for motherhood. (Well, no one is really prepared for motherhood — but we’ll take care of empowering you with the information you need to make the best nutrition choices for you and your baby.)
We can’t wait to start.
Reduce the risk of complications during pregnancy and labor.

During fertility and pregnancy, a woman’s nutritional needs are so unique. We find that a minimum of three sessions are typically needed for optimal results (depending on the stage of pregnancy). That said, because of the body’s changing needs from the first trimester to postpartum, we offer an array of discounted services, which includes access to meal plans, follow-up appointments and more.
Therefore, we offer a discounted package of 3-sessions. This package has a total value of $495. Grab it for $395. We will customize the session spacing for your needs, but the typical spacing is 3 – 4 weeks between sessions. Sessions must be used within 6 months.

Don’t be fooled by the name. “Nutritionist” is not a professional title. Only a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) meets rigorous academic requirements with clinical training, holding a degree from an accredited university. Our RDNs stay informed of guidelines set by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to provide our patients with expert nutrition counseling for their fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum health.
