Work with a New York City Geriatric Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

We practice evidence-based nutrition counseling for aging seniors, their families, and caregivers. The nutrition needs of humans are different during different stages of life. Aging adults do not have the same nutrition needs as someone in their 40s or 50s.

In our practice, we support seniors with individualized nutrition counseling to promote quality of life and healthy aging, as well as work with patients who have been or are sick. Good nutrition and eating habits play a critical role in healthy aging and independence in later life.

We look forward to working with you.

Individualized nutrition programs to support healthy aging.

Reduce pain from chronic illness, autoimmune diseases.

Family and caregiver support.

Recover from an illness.
